Restore or find an older backup
Restore replaces the inventory on this device. Use it when setting up a new device or recovering items. The confirmation shows how many items are in the Drive backup before you confirm.
On a new device, restore the saved Drive backup to copy your items and PDFs to it. Sign in to Google if prompted.
How backup storage works
Example: 1,000 items × about 6 MB of attachments per item (a 5 MB manual and a 1 MB receipt) is about 6 GB in Google Drive. Actual use depends on the number and size of your files. Archived items keep the same files; they are not duplicated.
